Cute top, slow shipping

Mixed feelings on wide leg jeans
I purchased a pair of wide leg jeans and a graphic tee. The ordering process on their website was straightforward and I had no issues there. Delivery took about 9 days to arrive in New York, which was a bit longer than I hoped, but the package was well-packed. The graphic tee is really nice, soft cotton and the print is good quality. However, the jeans were a slight disappointment. While the style is exactly what I wanted, they ran a bit small around the waist compared to other brands I usually wear, so I had to exchange them for a size up. The return process was fairly simple, but it did add to the overall time until I had a pair that fit. Their customer support was responsive during the exchange, which I appreciated.
